Given the rapid advancements in information and communication technology and its increasing role in education, research, and the management of educational systems, especially higher education, the Third International Conference on Higher Education Needs and Necessities in the Information Society
" will be held soon with official permission from the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) and with the participation of reputable scientific institutions in the country.
